Information we collect

• Account information such as name, email address, and authentication identifiers when you create an account (including via Apple or Google Sign-In).
• Business profile data you provide (company name, trade type, phone, address, tax settings, logo).
• Customer and job data you enter (customers, bookings, estimates, invoices, expenses, crew notes, messages, route details).
• Payment-related data processed by Stripe (for customer payments) and Apple/Google (for TradePro Pro subscriptions). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Device and diagnostics such as crash logs and analytics events when enabled, to improve reliability.
• Location when you use maps/routing features, with your permission.

How we use information

• Provide and maintain TradePro features you request.
• Process invoices, estimates, bookings, and subscriptions.
• Send transactional notifications you enable (e.g. booking or payment updates).
• Secure accounts, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We share data with service providers that help us operate TradePro, including Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, storage, and messaging; Stripe for payments; RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management; and Apple/Google for in-app purchases. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We retain account and business data while your account is active. You may request account deletion in Settings; we delete or anonymize associated data subject to legal retention requirements.

Your choices

• Update profile and business information in the app.
• Control notification permissions in system settings.
• Request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support.

Children

TradePro is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
