These Terms of Use (“Terms”), including this End User License Agreement (“EULA”), govern your use of the TradePro mobile application provided by Equestro Labs. By creating an account or using TradePro, you agree to these Terms.
The service
TradePro provides tools for trade businesses to manage customers, bookings, estimates, invoices, payments, crew coordination, and related workflows. Features may vary by plan and region.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate account and business information.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding login credentials.
- You must have authority to enter customer and business data you store in TradePro.
Subscriptions and payments (TradePro Pro)
- Some features require a paid auto-renewable subscription (“TradePro Pro”) billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID / Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription auto-renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Customer invoice payments collected through TradePro are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe’s terms and your connected Stripe account status.

Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse TradePro, including by attempting unauthorized access, abusing messaging, or using the service for unlawful activity.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for backups of critical business records.
Disclaimer
TradePro is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Equestro Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data arising from your use of TradePro.
Termination
You may stop using TradePro and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
